Are there any quick reference manual available on how the services work, I don’t have access to a computer?

Yes, we can have a manual mailed out to you. Please call 321-283-5800 and request one to be mailed out. Please keep in mind there is a $5 charge to cover shipping & handling.

How does the Credit Repair Program Work?

Credit Repair is FREE with your VIP Supreme Membership. When you become a member at the VIP Supreme level it takes 24-48 hours for you to receive access to your portal which will be emailed to you. All customers receive a portal where they login with a username and password to see exactly what our credit specialist are doing. Please note WE ARE NOT A Credit Repair company we just offer it as a thank you service within your membership.  

Do I have to start my membership process over if it lapses? Is there a waiting period?

Yes, if your membership lapse it will automatically delete your account and you will loose your history. The reason for this is your already given enough warning and 5 day grace period to make any adjustments to your membership.  

How long will it take to be reimbursed for claims?

Once the claim is sent in it takes 30 Business Days depending on the type of claim it is along with gathering verification information from the provider.

How does the membership program work?

We offer 18 services at the VIP Supreme Membership level. When an incident occurs all you have to do is:
-Take a picture with your smart phone of the full detailed receipt.
-Go to and click on the "File A Claim" Button.
-Fill out the proper information and hit submit
-Then within 30 business days you will receive your reimbursement on your debit card.

Is there a CAP for my membership?

YES, VIP Supreme Membership is $1,000/$2,000. This is your expense budget for the duration of your contract. When and if you exceed your CAP we will still, reimburse you at 25%.

How does your cancellation policy work?

If you never used your membership cancel anytime with no penalties. However, if you have used your membership then you will be responsible to fulfill your membership contract term which is based on a 18 month contractual basis.

What are the selected states currently for the Energy Savings Program?

Can I pay my membership up for the whole 18 months?

Yes, Please contact our office at 321-283-5800 or email us at [email protected] and one of our representatives will be able to assist you with this. 

How do I receive my reimbursement?

Your reimbursements will be issued onto your debit card that was sent out in your welcome envelope. 

What are my benefits of having a FREE Rewards Program?

You will get to enjoy savings on everyday things you like to enjoy. Discounts on movies, attractions, restaurants, hotels, rental cars and many more.

Can I change my billing date?

Absolutely, you can change your payment date up to one-time per month.

How do I activate my Gold Account?

In your "Welcome Email" you will receive instructions on how to activate your Gold account. This information will be located at the bottom of your welcome email. 

How do you know if a person doesn't have insurance?

Please keep in mind that WE ARE NOT INSURANCE and YES in order for some of your claims to be reimbursed you have to have some type of insurance. However we have a claim system that runs all claims and based off the type of claim it identifies that claim to determine if its a real claim or a fake claim and it will also determine if the person has insurance or not.

Can I purchase additional CAP?

At the moment No but that is something that the founders are looking into.

When is my membership activated?

30 days from enrollment. Their is an option for it to be immediate for a one time fee of $100 plus your membership so for example the VIP Supreme with immediate option would be $140 and services would be active within 24hrs.

How does the hardship program work?

Your membership is half price for the next 3 months. Please note that when your membership is in hardship status you will only be reimbursed at 25% and your credit portal will not accessible. Please keep in mind that you are only allowed the hardship program one time per year.

I missed my membership orientation?

You will receive a recorded message and if your phone is not set up for voicemail then please call corporate at 321-283-5800 or someone will give you a call back sometime later that day or the next business day.
