We offer 9-17 services depending on which membership you choose. VIP Basic comes with 9 services, VIP Premium 13 services, VIP Deluxe 15 services and VIP Supreme 17 services.

If you never used your membership cancel anytime with no penalties. However, if you have used your membership then you will be responsible to fulfill your membership contract term which is based on a 18 month contractual basis.

All memberships have CAPS and they are as follows: VIP Basic/ $250 VIP Premium/ $500 VIP Deluxe/ $750 VIP Supreme/ $1,000 After CAP has been reached you will only be reimbursed 25%. CAP starts over and increases every 18 months.

Absolutely, you can change your payment date as long as its not on the date that your membership is due or after your membership is due.

We have a claim system that runs all claims and based off the type of claim it identifies that claim to determine if its a real claim or a fake claim and it will also determine if the person has insurance or not.

30 days from enrollment. Their is a option for it to be immediate for a one time fee of $100 plus the membership of your choice, so for example if you wanted the $30 VIP Deluxe membership you would pay $130 and it would be active today.

As long as its one of these qualifying injuries then YES: ACL Injuries, Ankle Injury, Concussions, Dislocated Shoulder, Golfer’s Elbow, Groin Pull, Hamstring Injuries, Head Injury, Muscle Strain, Posterior Cruciate Ligament Injury, Rotator Cuff Tear, Running Injuries, Shin Splints, Skier’s Thumb, Tailbone Injuries, Tendon Injuries, Tennis Elbow, Turf Toe, Workout Injuries, Achilles Tendon Injury.

Members Comp is just like workmen’s comp but from an off the job experience. Basically you get to enjoy the same benefit if you hurt yourself from home or in any other setting.

(As a side note for your member’s comp plan if an injury occurs you have to go to either the Urgent Care or Emergency room within 24hrs of the incident. Take a picture of the ticket and upload it through this link ( https://form.jotform.com/udsinc/ultimate-discount-services-inc-clai ) and it will be sent directly to our claims department which is (udsclaims@gmail.com) or you can mail in claim at address provided on “Contact Us” page. Please take not that it takes 15 Business Days for reimbursement if you utilize the link however it could take up to 30-45 days if you use the mailing method.

VIP Basic is $250, VIP Premium is $500, VIP Deluxe is $750 VIP Supreme $1,000. This is your expense budget for the duration of your contract. When and if you exceed your CAP we will still, reimburse you at 25%. Please note that your CAP resets back to the beginning with a $100 increase so for example at the VIP Basic instead of it being $250 it will be $350

When you become a member at the VIP Supreme level it takes 30 days to set up your account. If you selected the Immediate VIP Supreme or became a Marketing Consultant then your account is set up within 24hrs. All customers receive a portal where they login with a username and password to see exactly what our credit specialist are doing. Why does it take 30 days to set up my Credit Repair profile?2019-02-20T00:26:11+00:00

Because we are not solely a credit repair company its just a benefit service that we offer. Also when you enroll without selecting the immediate option none of the other services are activated until 30 days so we like to keep it the same across the board. However, if you select the immediate option then all of the services are activated within 24hrs.

How does the hardship program work?2019-02-20T00:28:50+00:00

Your membership is half price for the next 3 months. Please note that when your membership is in hardship status you will only be reimbursed at 25% and we don’t work on your credit until the hardship is over. Please keep in mind that you are only allowed the hardship program one time per year.

Do I have to start membership process over if it lapse? Is there a waiting period?2019-02-20T00:29:32+00:00

If your membership lapse you have 1 business day to bring it back up to good standings. If your membership is archived then in 2 days it will empty your Gold & Savings account to bring you back active and at that point YES your Gold Account and 18 months starts all over again. Within in 5 days of being in Archived your profile is completely deleted.
