We offer 10-18 services depending on which membership you choose. VIP Basic comes with 10 services, VIP Premium 14 services, VIP Deluxe 17 services and VIP Supreme 18 services.

How do I send in a claim?2018-03-31T06:59:22+00:00

Take a picture of the ticket and send it to our claims department (udsclaims@gmail.com) or you can mail in claim at address provided on “Contact Us” page and it will take 3-5 business days for review and 7-10 days for claim reimbursement to be issued.

VIP Basic is $250, VIP Premium is $500, VIP Deluxe is $750 VIP Supreme $1,000. This is your expense budget for the duration of your contract. When and if you exceed your CAP we will still, reimburse you at 25%.

If you never used your membership cancel anytime with no penalties. However, if you have used your membership then you will be responsible to fulfill your membership contract term which is based on a 18 month contractual basis.

All memberships have CAPS and they are as follows: VIP Basic/ $250 VIP Premium/ $500 VIP Deluxe/ $750 VIP Supreme/ $1,000 After CAP has been reached you will only be reimbursed 25%. CAP starts over and increases every 18 months.

After you have been in our program for 120 days your profile is sent to our Credit Department and then they start working on repairing your credit.

Because we are not solely a credit repair company its just a benefit service that we offer. Also because we report your membership to all 3 major credit bureaus they want to see 3 on-time payments before we start working on your credit.

No, the reason why is because the credit bureaus want to see on-time history.

Yes, you can purchase immediately and NO there is no limit.

Absolutely, you can change your payment date as long as its not on the date that your membership is due or after your membership is due.

After 7 days of enrollment, you will receive your account information via email with a username and password for you to be able to log in and start purchasing gold immediately.

How do you know if a person doesn’t have insurance?2018-03-31T07:50:40+00:00

We have a claim system that runs all claims and based off the type of claim it identifies that claim to determine if its a real claim or a fake claim and it will also determine if the person has insurance or not.

At the moment No but that is something that the founders are looking into.

30 days from enrollment. Their is a option for it to be immediate for a one time fee of $100 plus the membership of your choice, so for example if you wanted the $30 VIP Deluxe membership you would pay $130 and it would be active today.

Your membership is half price for the next 3 months. Please note that when your membership is in hardship status you will only be reimbursed at 25%. Please keep in mind that you are only allowed the hardship program one time per year.

Do I have to start membership process over if it lapse? Is there a waiting period?2018-03-31T07:53:53+00:00

No waiting and your profile stays in archive for 1 week before its deleted from our system. Yes you will have to start over if it lapse or you can pay a reinstatement fee to pick up where you left off

How long will it take to reimbursed for claims?2018-03-31T07:54:38+00:00

Once claim is sent in it takes 3 to 5 days to review and 7 to 10 days for reimbursement. Your membership has to be up to date and current the day of the incident.
